From Friday 6th September 2019 to Sunday 8th September 2019, the 35th Owl Conference of the AG Eulen is going to take place in the school Landessportschule in Bad Blankenburg / Thüringen. Please send your registration for attendance to AG Eulen, Klaus Hillerich, Röntgenstraße 7, D-64823 Groß-Umstadt, klaus.hillerich[at]ageulen.de. You can use the form attached and send it via e-mail or post. The fee for the conference is 10,- € that you can transfer to the account of the AG Eulen.
The emphasis of the conference is on
- Ural Owl projects,
- Boreal Owl monitoring,
- the situation of the Pygmy Owl,
- population dynamic of the Eagle Owl,
- situation of the owls in the Homilsha Forest National Park in Eastern Ukraine,
- successes of owl conservation and education in South Africa.
On Sunday morning the following excursion is going to take place:
Capercaillie habitats in the forest Thüringer Wald (Dr. J. Wiesner).
